Therapeutics

Yoga Therapy, is more than just your average physical yoga class. It’s a specific school of yoga developed to help manage, reduce, and transform discomforts of the body, breath, and mind. It does so by skillfully applying, and adapting, the many facets of yoga to each unique individual’s needs.

Who's it for?

Yoga Therapy is for anyone seeking support in reducing and positively transforming ailments of the body, breath, and mind.

Some of the specialties that I offer are posture balancing, scoliosis, low back pain, core strengthening, therapeutic breathing, prenatal and postnatal, Parkinson’s and movement disorders, anxiety, hyper/hypotonic pelvic disfunction, meditation, clinical somatic movement and restorative yoga.

How's it work?

All first-time clients book a 4-session package to get started.

During our first 90 minute intake session, we’ll get to know each other through a practical intake process that’ll allow me to assess your posture, range of movement, breathing, and any issues you may be experiencing.

Then through experiential practice we will develop a short personalized practice for you to do at home.

The following 3, 60-minute, sessions are scheduled in order to answer any questions, create accountability and adapt the practice as necessary.

After that you can continue to schedule follow up sessions as needed.

What's it cost?

My introductory 4-session package is currently priced at $295. This includes 1, 90-minute session and 3, 60-minute sessions and a written practice guide for your home practice.

A three 60 minute class package is available for further follow ups at a discounted $210.

A one time “tune up” session after the initial Introductory sessions is $75.

Individualized Therapeutic Yoga Sessions

Individualized Therapeutic Yoga sessions can help you understand your imbalances and how to address them through the various tools of Yoga.

Through this process you become empowered to transform your body and mind towards health and well-being. Each session you are given a personal practice for the week with follow up appointments for clarification, adaptations and accountability.
