Chakra Series
The Chakras, or wheels of energy recognized from the yoga tradition, are subtle energy centers along the spine. The 7 main chakras will be explored through yoga postures, mudras and mantras specific to each chakra to align, engage, and balance these areas for the overall health and vitality of your entire being!

Core in Action Yoga
Improve your core strength and bring balance to your whole body to support ease and agility in everyday movement. This class offers a strong work out for those experienced in yoga.
10 week session June 4-August 13 (no class July 16th)

Prenatal Yoga
Yoga is taught to each pregnant person on their own unique journey of pregnancy through all the trimesters. Breathwork, supportive yoga poses, and guided relaxation are included in every session to support you in pregnancy and birth.
Fridays 11:15-12:30 at H.E.A.L.
