Core in Action Yoga on Tuesday Mornings
Get in touch with how to develop strength and stability in the “inner core” of your body to support the bigger movements of the “outer core”. You will learn how to connect with and integrate these two “cores” through the power of the breath and supportive yet challenging sequences that encourage you to find your edge, build confidence and flow with the fine art of moving with stability and mobility.

After work Yoga and Somatic Movement on Thursday Evenings
Come end your day with an all levels yoga and somatic movement class to unwind, stretch out and move your body. Somatic movement is a gentle practice that relieves tension and prepares your body for a more dynamic yoga practice and serves to integrate and relax at the end. A guided meditation finishes up each class to set up your evening in a good way!
Beginners and all levels of ability are welcome.

Somatic Movement on Friday Mornings
Take an exploration into the unique patterns of your body and mind through meditation in movement. The breath is the thread that links it all together to allow you to transform into healthier more balanced patterns of moving, breathing, thinking and being. A total balancing experience to set you up in a good way for the rest of the day and through your weekend!

Prenatal Yoga
Yoga is taught to each pregnant person on their own unique journey of pregnancy through all the trimesters. Breathwork, supportive yoga poses, and guided relaxation are included in every session to support you in pregnancy and birth.
Ongoing weekly classes are scheduled according to group availability
