Whether you suffer from stress incontinence, pelvic pain, sciatica, prolapse or other imbalances in the pelvis that are causing you discomfort, yoga movement and breathing practices can help.
In this workshop you will learn how to identify your own needs and how to maintain balance through simple breathing and movement practices.
An informational session along with experiential practices are included to help you feel empowered right away and have more confidence in your body!

This special workshop is open to all levels of ability.
