I’m Llewellyne Arden and know what it’s like to feel stuck in your body—held back by pain, tension, or exhaustion that makes even the simplest movements feel difficult. My own journey with yoga therapy began when I was searching for something deeper than a standard yoga class—something that truly met my body where it was and helped me heal from the inside out.

That’s what yoga therapy offers: a personalized, therapeutic approach that goes beyond traditional yoga. It’s not about pushing through discomfort or striving for the perfect pose. It’s about listening to your body, using breath and movement as medicine, and creating lasting change in how you feel physically, emotionally and spiritually.

Straight from the Mat

During my first individual class, I was immediately impressed with Lewlellyne's careful assessment of my condition. She then designed a rehabilitation plan based on her insights and observations of my body in motion and in stillness, taking into account my somewhat chronic patterns of movement. She then built a personalized program, taking into consideration both immediate and long-term practices. Llewellyne is clearly a born teacher.
